This is a common issue with numerous contributor at the moment. So take at least some comfort in the fact that you are not alone. Many contributors have been waiting three months and longer.

You need to wait. There are currently more submissions than Adobe can handle. It's not a bug.

Many Contributors are reporting delays of 2-3 months or longer. Adobe Moderators continue to review 1 million or more images each week, but the backlog still remains high.

Restarted uploading a week ago and my AI images have been aproved steadly. Every day a batch (6 to 10) is aproved. Hope it keeps that way.

Adobe is clearly prioritizing AI images over other asset types, because my photographs continue to wait patiently in my queue to be reviewed, some over 4 months now.

If that is the case I as a photographer would feel upset too. Maybe is related to other factors like regions of the  submissions.

It is what it is - everything will get reviewed eventually and remain available for sale forever, so I don't really get upset about it. It's just an odd business decision on the part of Adobe.
