Import from Lightroom option not uploading all photos in album

I'm trying to upload photos from Lightroom CC using the (very handy) Import from Lightroom option.

When selecting the album, there are clearly 75 photos in it. However, after a couple minutes when the upload completes, only a subset of photos are actually uploaded. In the first run, it only uploaded 12 photos!

When I re-run the upload and select the same album, it adds a few more, but it doesn't seem to upload all photos in the album.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

@bborofka,

Are you using Lightroom or Lightroom Classic?  See link below for details on uploading from Lightroom Classic's Library mode to your Adobe Stock Collection.
