Hello, I have a question, my account was illegally blocked and I have been writing to support for almost one week, but there is no answer.
1) my question is how to get an answer from support
2) if my account is not unblocked, I can open a new account and upload my materials there, I have almost 20,000 materials
It can take time to resolve the issue which caused Adobe to block your account. You should respond to the email/link that they provided and submit the info requested to allow them to do their investigation. In the meantime, review the Contributor agreement carefully to ensure that you are not violating the agreement in any way. I would not suggest that you create another account and start uploading your content after waiting only 1 week. It is very time consuming to upload and add titles and key
...Private businesses can refuse service to ANYONE. That's their prerogative
Certainly you've seen signs in stores that read "Cash only, no checks." Or "No shirts, no shoes, no service."
Got it?
Adobe may legally suspend an account and launch an investigation when any of the following are detected.
1. A violation of Contributor TERMS.
2. Unusual account activity (extraordinary sales/refunds).
3. Receipt of an official complaint or "Take Down" request.
4. A technical probl

You say it was illegally blocked. What law was broken, please?

Since I have not violated anything and as an author I know one main law not to copy other ideas. My portfolio is about 20,000 materials and my team and I are working day and night on new ideas

You say it was illegally blocked. It sounds as if you say that Adobe blocked it illegally. If you did not mean that, what did you mean?
If you contact Adobe and say they did something illegal, they will never speak to you, because this is a threat of legal action; only your lawyers can talk to them. Be sure of your facts.

If I didn't steal the materials, I didn't steal the idea, me and my team work honestly day and night and they block us, is that okay?

You didn't answer my question. I didn't ask whether you thought it was OK. I asked what law you thought was broken. The word "illegal" is not a word to use casually or randomly.

When your account is deleted for no reason or for no good reason, this is already a violation of the law. Please learn the Constitution

Oh good grief. Have you read the Constitution? Please point out the clause that prohibits Adobe from suspending contributor accounts. Adobe does business in many countries of the world where the U.S. Constitution has no bearing. You signed a Contributor Agreement with Adobe. Read that to understand Adobe's right to suspend accounts that are reported or suspected to be in violation of the T&C's.

who are you anyway? Adobe's lawyer? I say again, read the constitution and human rights, and you will find out that no company in the world can simply ban someone from using its product without good reason, it's discrimination and please stop talking nonsense

In the US, companies can refuse service and trespass someone without any reason, with very few exceptions. It's not illegal.

Hi,
sorry to say that but that sounds really confusing. Yes, every Company can ban someone according to the "Terms and Conditions". That has nothing to do with a Constitution or whatever. That are different kinds of Laws for two totally different areas (human rights vs. Commercial). But as long as you would not explain what you problem exactly is we can only give the advice to be patience. Your case will be processed as soon as it can be processed. For the "new" or Unblocked Account I have to agree with Jill's answer to be careful and obey the Contributors agreement to avoid another ban. Hope that helps.

But I didn't do anything that violated the rules, I love this project and have always been very serious about this project

Someone else could have made a copyright violation against you, or there could be what is perceived as irregular sales activities that appears to be fraudulent. Without you doing anything, those would both be a reason to suspend an account to investigate further.
It's also entirely possible you just didn't realize you were violating the contributor agreement. We see posts about that from time to time.
I've never heard of Adobe not replying, so just be patient and wait for the reply to come. A professional demeanor goes a long way, even via email.
I hope that you'll read through the replies again and see that we are trying to help you here.
Good luck!

Thank you very much, I hope that all this will end well, I have about 20,000 materials in my portfolio, the work of many years. And it's a shame to lose him, moreover, when you're not to blame

If you've contacted Adobe Stock Contributor Support, check your spam, trash and social folders for a reply. If after 10 business days, you have not received a reply, send a follow up email. Be patient & cooperate. This is a process. Nobody here can help you.
Good luck!

On the other hand, if you already know why your account was blocked, and you persist you will get blocked again.

Thanks for answering. I will wait

I say this as genuine helpful advice, but I think it's important to understand that Adobe believing the terms of the Contributor Agreement have been violated in some way is enough for them to permanently suspend your account without notice or communication. They are under no obligation to write back to you.
I would be careful about making accusations against them, as that probably increases the chances of not getting a reply.

1) wait!
2) Yes, but wait for the final answer. Don't upload the incriminated assets again, if that was the complaint.
