Evening I would like to know why every time I edit crop or remove audio from a video or crop a timelapse these are never accepted.
Is the reason perhaps the program I use?

No, the program you use to edit is not important, even that Adobe would like you to use Premiere. The only things that count are the issues as laid out in the user manual.

What you need to pay attention to on your rejection notification is the reason given for rejection. Attention is not given to what you use to edit, but the quality, and following the guidelines. If you do not understand the rejection reason, you may post it here so that we can help you to understand same.
