It needs to be a minimum of $25 and at least 45 days after your first sale.

As soon as you can request a payement, it will get paid, but it takes up to 10 business days, before a payement will be completed. A business day is from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. You should count with 3 calendar weeks to get a payement done. 

BTW: the Firefly training bonus is the only time, you can request a payement, even if you do not have the minimum payout amount of $25.
