The refusal language is in English, so OP uses English as his setting. And the documentation is in English. If their language would be French, the refusal reason would be in French. Helpx files are then shown in French (besides some potential translation omissions or update errors). If you put your region to a different country, all your nicely formulated English refusals will change to that language. 😉

In the future, don't submit anything to which you don't own 100% copyright.

If it's owned by another entity, you must obtain a signed property release from the owner or artist who created it.  That's to protect you and customers who buy it from lawsuits.
