Is it possible to delete stock submissions that "were not accepted"? I accidentally uploaded low resolution versions and cant seem to get rid of the entries.

I read it wrong. I don't know how to delete files from "Refused" pages.

Yes, you can delete the asset, even after being accepted:

Go to the file in your portfolio and click on it. You get a screen, where you can delete the file or change/update some information.

In this particular case there does not seem to be a delete mechinism and the files do not show up anyplace in the portfolio other than "not accepted".

Oh, sorry, I misread.

 

No, you can't delete the thumbnails of your refusals. They are not your pictures. They are square thumbnails of part of your asset with the attached refusal reason, and they will stay with you until you decide to close your account. I have a nice collection of them, and occasionally, I check them, to see, what got refused years ago… 🙂

Yes. On the informations on right side of the screen there's a easy to miss link next to the File ID

I misread too. There is simply no possibility to delete those thumbnails.

The important part is that you can resend the correct image without problem. Just make sure not to resend them with the same problem
