Is language relevant that pictures can be found worldwide?

Hello everyone. I live in Germany and I am a stock photography beginner. I got a question and I hope someone can help me. Is the selected language relevant that photos can be found worldwide by customers? In detail, I posted my first photos in German and then tried a combination of German and English because I wasn't sure. Are descriptions beneath photos translated in foreign countries? Mir hat ein Experte verraten, dass man am besten in nur einer Sprache verschlagwortet. Meine Fotos habe ich in deutsch verschlagwortet. Man findet sie auch mit den entsprechenden englischen Schlagwörtern, aber zum Beispiel nicht mit den französichen.
