 if you zoom in to about 400% you can see a halo between the water and the sky and in the sky there are compression artifacts.

Ralph, you're right. Now I can say that. You see, this is my first upload to Stock and, as you can see, my quality criteria level on these details was far below yours. Glad to know that I can make it better according to your remarks, that are undoubtedly welcome.

So, from now on, I'll zoom in 400% and correct all the imperfections before thinking of uploading anyway. Zoom is the keyword now.

I doubt that you should spend a lot of time correcting the artefacts in this picture because I see many more defects. The sea and the sand are over processed, the boats all contain artefacts. The clouds are weird

. And then you have editing errors like this:

I suppose you did a lot of noise suppression and sharpening. The picture looks like that, with an over exposed sand beach and the sea and pier oversaturated. 

You need to get the picture right in the camera, doing only minor adjustments. That will lead to a more successful acceptance rate.

Well, no IP issue mentioned on the rejection note, only technical ones.
