I have the same problem. I am trying to withdraw money for the second time, it says that the payment has been made, but nothing came to PayPal. The first time money just went back to Adobe account.

'Payment sent' from Adobe is different from 'received by PayPal.'

Maybe you should contact PayPal and find out why they're not accepting funds for royalty payments.

Perhaps you need to set-up a business account. Or possibly find another bank that does business in your region.
