Ciao, stavo aggiornando il tax form W-8BEN. Ho inserito i dati che già avevo inserito tre anni fa. Però mi dice che devo compilare anche "Part II", Claim of TAx Treaty Benefits.

Al punto 9 ho messo il mio paese, Italy, ma al punto 10 non so cosa devo scrivere

It's so much easier to locate the troubled entry.

You will have to read your tax treaty between Italy and the US to see what the normal withholding is. I suppose the problem is that film/video asks for 8% withholding and photo and other 0%. You will need to tell that in the tax form.

But may be an Italian colleague knows what to fill in. If not, you will need to go to a tax advisor to give you the correct answer.

Ciao, sono anch'io alle prese con il modulo, quindi cos'hai inserito nella riga 10? Io ho messo l'articolo 12(2) e la percentuale 0 (zero); ma nel campo successivo cos'hai scritto?

Ciao Adry, anche io ho messo 12(2) e la percentuale 0; nel campo successivo ho inserito solo la parola "ROYALTIES"
