Due to international counterfiting laws it is not suggested that you photograph currency. Especially if the hologram or the hidden image is visible.
Different regions have different currency laws. US bills have these limits.
Euros may have other restrictions. It's up to you to know what those restrictions are BEFORE you submit.
Adobe Stock did give you a rejection reason i.e. Technical/Quality problems, Similar images already submitted, Property violation, etc... See below.
Stock receives thousands of submissions per week. Reviewers don't have time to give detailed replies to each contributor. That's not their job. Their job is to evaluate assets quickly to minimize your wait time.
