JPEG file "NOT ACCEPTED" please help figure out what, Pease help thank you

My files were not accepted allegedly for "one or more technical issues".

Unfortunately, they did not elaborate why.

What did I do wrong?

These photos appear noticeably pixelated with lots of noise and artefacts.  They also don't appear to be sharp, and there is what looks like a creative blur filter applied to them.

These type of artistic heavily processed images are not accepted by Adobe.

Filter effects are not allowed. Photos need to be perfectly focussed and correctly processed, exposing no artefacts and other issues.

Maybe you should try to send them as "illustration" and put abstract or interpretive in the key words, it is possible that in that section if they accept this type of work

I like the effects, but Adobe do not. Adobe want to buy perfect, natural looking photographs for designers to use. They are not looking to buy art (unless the art is also a perfect, natural looking photograph).
