I havenāt looked closely at your shot for technical reasons but the rejection is likely because you show the logo and trademark of the coffee brand.

What did Adobe Stock say was the reason for rejection? For example, Technical Problems, Intellectual Property, Aesthetic/Commercial Appeal, something else?
I feel the composition is a bit cluttered. Also the lighting could be better, there's too much shadow over the coffee cup. And that NESCAFĆ package has to go for obvious IP reasons.

Your picture is out of focus, contains colour noise and luminary noise
...and is a little dark. Any of those would lead to a refusal.
What you absolutely need to consider is to get rid of any make, logo or other mark that may be protected. Here I see clearly the NescafƩ logo. That disqualifies the picture for IP reasons.

Hello,
The composition is definitely cluttered I think! Less is more. The saucer could be in focus I think, and the focus on the cup and cinnamon sticks doesn't seem to be sharp, so maybe more DOF. The lighting as @Nancy OShea has mentioned also isn't good.
