keywords for image search

Hello to anyone !

My account migrated from Fotolia to AdobeStock, all the images had the search keywords in Spanish.

Can I change the keywords to English?

Will this improve my image search?

Keywords will be translated to the user's language, however, I would recommend to put everything in English. 

It is not possible to change the keyword language after submission.
