Know technical aspects for rejection?

I recently sent this photograph but it is not clear to me the technical error that they indicate to me.

I appreciate the help in this regard.

It is too smal to really see but the shadows are under exposed and the highlights look overexposed.

Also the blue to the right is an indication of color fringing and white balance issue. For more information about your file you need to upload a larger copy that we can zoom in to see details.
