Length of time for review of submissions

Hey Community, I noticed that my submissions said they would be reviewed within 4 weeks and now the notification says 8 weeks. Is there anything that I could have done to cause this delay in reviewing submissions or is this happening to everyone?

It's everyone. Adobe must have finally gotten around to changing it from 4 weeks to 8 weeks, which has been the norm of late.

For quite a long time, most assets were NOT being reviewed within 4 weeks, which caused a lot of consternation. So, Adobe has revised it to 8 weeks, which should be the maximum, though we do here reports now and then of submissions taking longer than that.
