Licencee posts the same image on multiple pages, do I get paid once or for each time?

Hi, I am currenntly with a not so honest photo agency located in the Philippines and I am looking forward to upload my porfolio with a serious agency like Adobe Stock. When the same image is published multiple times, in different articles, by the same outlet, what is the industry standard? agency pays once or for each time?  thanks

I will be more clear, I am not looking for the specific terms of Adobe Stock in the circumstances, but for advise according to an assumed "international" industry standard, that can save me hours of search, if this may be, after all, a place where photographers help each other, even an indipendent photographers' forum,
