You can't use other users assets to contribute here, even if they are public domain. You are only allowed to use your own assets to contribute here. 

(As you are from Chile, do not restrain yourself to write in Spanish. Your message will be much better to understand.)

As I said before, you can't use the assets here (or elsewhere) to create a new work for submitting to Adobe stock. All of your assets you want to publish on this site need to come from your own work. 

If you would like to create a flyer with assets from stock, you can do so. You only need to license the assets. And you have to respect the few restrictions that come with such a license.

You definitely cannot use images that you found on web pages elsewhere to create an asset to upload to Adobe Stock. Read the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement very carefully, particularly clause 3.
