Hi, I licensed a picture from user Syifa5610

The preview picture and the download picture are not the same.

How can I get a refund or the right picture?

Can I contact the contributor in someway?

There is no possibility to contact the user, but Adobe will take care of this and you will get a replacement refund. The contributor did probably make a mistake by uploading this with the wrong preview.
