Hello all, For some reason, all the stock video that I uploaded into my portfolio in Adobe Stock is not shown anywhere....

I tried uploading as I normally do with Filezilla, then wirestock and even with Microstock plus, but my video files are not there...

Pictures are working as normal.

  Has anyone experienced something similar??

I am waiting for an answer from Adobe though...

Thanks

Hello,

Thanks for your help, at the end it was all my fault. Adobe Stock is not holding 5K video yet... so after downsizing to 4K is ok.

Hi @Notsokute ,

If you are waiting for an answer from Adobe, you should contact contributor support. https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

I'm moving this to the Stock Contributor forum, as this is a contributor question.

You may have to wait some time for the videos to show up. https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock-contributors-discussions/videos-uploaded-through-ftp/td-p/11871...
