Log in problem - AdobeStock

Hello,

I have a problem, can't sign into the contributor panel.
Fotolia username: bojanp  /  38253
Fotolia Adobe Stock screen name: Randall Skeffington
Adobe Stock username: [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]
My portfolio:

A few days ago I had problems with my Mac Air. I had to do a fresh install of MacOS. During the installation, all data from the internet browser (passwords, cache, data...) was deleted. Now when I want to log into my Fotolia / Adobe Stock contributor account, I got this message: The selected account is already in use.

I regularly receive emails that my content has been purchased on AdobeStock.

 

Can you help me to solve this issue?

Did you try the "I forgot my password" link?

Fotolia is down. You can't log on to Fotolia. You can only log in into your Adobe Stock account. And that account needs to be synchronized with your old Fotolia account. If this hasn't been done yet, contributor support are the only ones that can help.

Yes, I know that Fotolia is down for a few years. I am contributor at Adobe Stock, and this is my live portfolio:https://stock.adobe.com/se/contributor/38253/randall-skeffington?load_type=author

The problem is when I want to log on my Adobe Stock portfolio, not Fotolia, after deleting all my data from Mac, I cannot, and I am automatically redirected to Fotolia/Adobe Stock sync page.
