I can't log in to the Adobe Sell area. I only get the message "The selected account is already being used". What can I do?login.png

This is an indication that you are attempting to create a new account instead of logging into an existing account. Sign out of all things Adobe then sign back in using the Adobe ID you created your contributor account with.

If you had/have a fotolia account, check to make sure you're not logged into Fotolia. You may find help from Fotolia and Adobe Stock synchronization issue.

This solution does not work for me as I have only the username from my old Fotolia account and the field for logging in requires an email.

Do you have the same screen as OP?

 

Adobe IDs are e-mail addresses. If you want to sync your Fotolia content, you will probably need to contact contributor support.

 

You may try the e-mail you used when you created your Fotolia account. For sure, there is an e-mail address attached.

You are ignoring my questions. It is difficult to give yo advice, knot knowing what happens. 

 

You were talking hours to the wrong support team, even if they were willing to help you. I do not know what you mean, however, with "they gave me this e-mail". You should not publish "this e-mail", but you should specify what the e-mail is:

  • your Fotolia e-mail
  • some other e-mail. (please specify what that e-mal is)

As I said, when you habe only a login name, that login name was surely attached to an e-mail. 

 

For syncing your Fotolia account with Adobe stock, you are years too late for doing that automatically.
