Ponad miesiąc temu przesłałem zdjęcia do weryfikacji i nadal nic. Zwykle trwało to do 2 tygodni, czasem nawet szybciej. A może masz taki problem?

Due to the huge influx of Generative AI assets, some of which are now allowed to be submitted as Photos file type if they are considered photo-realistic, the queue for photographs has increased to ~3 weeks. AI assets remain at 2 months or longer.

No, you should not contact customer service because customer service is responsible for servicing customers and not suppliers. The only and correct answer is to wait your turn. Standard reviews are not done in two weeks, but they announce now 8 weeks. So any delay of 8 weeks or fewer is fully in line with the current situation.
