Examine image in Photoshop or Lightroom at 100-300% magnification.

  • Lighting & colors are uneven.  Needs a levels and/or curves adjustment layer.
  • Subject is too purple.
  • Subject's face lacks sharp focus.

It's quite blurry, and the white balance is not right - too pink. It appears to be straight out of the camera. Virtually all images require some editing before submitting, so you will need to learn the basics of editing, though in this case editing would not have been to fix the focus issue.

Kia ora,

Unfortunately, it won't pass Adobe quality criteria. There are two many issues:

  • focus - not sharp as it could be
  • artifacts - compression artifacts
  • white balance - it's too magenta
  • exposure - you need to make the photo lighter. It's because you used a telephoto lens, and in addition to that, you have got vignetting - light fall off from the lens. Lighter in the centre, but darker around the edges
  • noise - you have a high ISO - 12800
  • you're missing contrast as well. No whites or blacks

You need to show us the original photo as an attachment, this thumbnail is too small to analyze

What @Fabiobtex said.  Thumbnails don't have enough detail.

Did you submit this to Adobe Stock?

If so, what was the rejection reason?

Again the result of using a telephoto lens. You have to balance out the exposure in post.

By the way, did you use digital zoom at all?

I don't know what kind of camera & lens you have or how many photography courses you've taken. But if you're new to digital photography these links may help you.
