Very little is in focus due to a too-shallow depth of field, and there is digital noise.
On top of what others have already said with shallow depth of field/soft focus/noise in the photo, I can't tell what exactly is behind the leaf and how I might use this photo commercially. I believe whatever is behind the leaf takes away from the composition and doesn't add anything to it.
