The horse's head is not in focus, and the white balance is off - perhaps a bit too magenta.

To add to @Jill_C's assessment: The focus can't be corrected. The white balance can be corrected in most cases. The pictures look like it has been taken with a small sensor camera. Those sensors have problems with fine structures like the vegetation in the background.
