Whatever you attached, I don't see it.
Checking if @MatHayward has an idea?
If you can't access the “contact us”-page, email contributor-support@adobe.com. Give all the information you can:
-Your Adobe ID
-Your Fotolia ID
-Your e-mails
-anything else of value that could help the contributor support to synchronize your account. Do not spam the mail system. Wait at least a week, before sending a reminder.

Are you using your old Fotolia account or your new Adobe account to log in?

I believe the process is to log in to your Adobe Stock account, and then contact Contributor Support to have them migrate your account for you.
Cheers!

Yes I will contact them again. Although I already contacted them, they directed me to chat with an agent, and the agent directed me again to contributor support...

I'm sorry you've had that experience so far. Contributor Support in particular never happens through a chat box, only through either the contributor "Contact Us" form or the email @Abambo provided.
It may take a few weeks to get a reply, so no worries if it doesn't come through quickly.
Good luck! 🙂

You waited years before synchronizing your account. It looks very much that automatic synchronizations are no more possible.

It's the same as the embedded screen.
