MIs archivos como contributor han desaparecido

LLevo años con una cuenta de Adobe Stock como contributor subiendo archivos todasmlas semanas. Hoy abro Adobe Stock y me pide a sincronizar mi cuenta con Fotolia. Una vez hecho, ni rastro de mis archivos. Es como si nunca hubiese subido nada. Me da la bienvenida para que suba mis primeros archivos. ¿Qué ocurrió con todo lo que subí y vendí?
