Model release for every shoot ?

Hi,

Do I need to submit a new model release for every shoot with the same model(s) or does one release cover every submission that the model features in ?

For example, I shoot a set of images this month and another set in May, both featuring the same model(s). Does each submission need a new release form.

We do not require a separate release for each shoot. However, it could be in your best interest to obtain a separate release for each shoot to keep in your records. 

Using the same release for different shoots allows customers to search for additional content featuring the same model.
