Model release in the Chinese Languagr

I cannot find the contributor's model release in the Chinese language. It is greyed out.  I see it in English and French and some other languages but there are some languages that are greyed out and I cannot download.  Can some please send me a link or show me where I can get it?

Non activated links means, that they are not provided by Adobe. You may use a different standard release from a different stock provider, or you translate the realease yourself. In that case I would suggest to keep it bilingual, English/Chinese.

Look for one on Getty Images.  It's the same release that Adobe Stock uses.  Chinese Simplified or Traditional are available.
