Model release missing for wild animals

New Here ,

Hi

I have tried to submit a stock footage of wild monkeys several times and it keeps coming back that I need a model release. As these are wild animals I dont believe I need a model release and do not know how to resubmit file without model release and have it accepted or rejected. Each time it just comes back in my reminder section saying it needs the release. What can I do please to submit file?

I checked your account and found the video you referenced. The release requirement isn't for the monkeys. You included audio in the clip and in the audio you can hear human voices. You must submit a model release when voices can be heard. In this case, the audio is an unnecessary distraction and diminishes the overall quality. Please remove the audio and resubmit for a new review. I expect it will go through without any problem.

Good luck,

This email I received has nothing to do with me. I did not submit footage of wild monkeys. This is the second email I’ve received that had nothing to do with me. However, I do use FotoFishFifty. My member ID is [removed by moderator.]
