I am an active submitter of images generally making multiple submissions each week mostly illustrative editorial. Until this week my illustrative editorial images were reviewed by a moderator within 24 hours with my non IE images being reviewed generally in four to six weeks. However, this week, several IE images remain in a waiting to be reviewed status. Has there been a recent change made to the review of IE images? This change was sudden and I am unaware of any procedural changes or backlogs that might have caused it. I would appreciate any feedback anyone may be able to provide.

Dozens of contributors have been complaining about long wait times, with most types of assets being affected. There is nothing you can do but wait.

Thank you, I appreciate your reply. I also appreciate that some delays are being experienced by photographers, however, it was the sudden change that occured to the review process of my IE images that surprised me. Especially after a long, uninterrupted and predictable review process that I had experienced.

A delay in review of IE images, as mine have always been reviewed overnight; however, I suppose it's possible they've reassigned the moderators that are trained in IE images to other queues...

Thank you for your reply. I too have always had my IE images reviewed overnight until this week. Perhaps it is only a temporary situation. Hope so, anyway.

It SHOULD be temporary. I submit AI and I went a good two months or longer with most days going by without any reviews at all, or 1 or 2 at best. Then things turned around and I'm back to getting assets reviewed between 6 to 8 daily (weekends excepted). I think @Jill_C might be on to something, with the moderators being moved to different queues as needed. Although it seems most of the complaints have been coming from photographers, and I would think they would get preference. Just the same, some AI contributors have been asking why their assets have been stewing in the queue as well.
