Bonjour,
Comment changer cela ?
Hello,
I create my account with my french first name : Aliénor. But the "é" isn't recognize by Adobe and then my public profile appears as "Alinor". I changed my account settings several days ago but my public profile is always "Alinor".
How can I change that ?

Hi @Ally Fernandez,
If the system doesn't accept special characters, there's nothing this user-to-user community can do about it. Sorry. My surname contains an apostrophe that computers don't like so I had to drop it 😞 c'est la vie.
Microsoft Windows users can type an "é" by pressing Alt + 1 3 0 or Alt + 0 2 3 3 on the numeric pad of the keyboard. "É" can be typed by pressing Alt + 1 4 4 or Alt + 0 2 0 1 . On US International and UK English keyboard layouts, users can type the acute accent letter "é" by typing AltGR + E .

Hi @Nancy OShea ,
Thank you for the answer.
I understand that the system doesn't accept special characters - but why the system doesn't update my portfolio name now ? I changed "Aliénor" for "Alienor" but my photos are still published under the name "Alinor"...
I consider close my account, delete all photos and opened a new account... if the system allows it !
Such a waste of time...
