How much can a contributor earn for Adobe Stock? Is it possible to earn $300 per month? Can you share some tips to achieve this goal?

How do you expect us to answer your question? That depends on how many images you sell, what kind of license is sold, what the buyer has for a subscription, the quality of your asset, the quallity of your metadata, the number of assets in your portfolio and the demand for your assets.

I'm expecting your experience. What kind of images need to be sold to achieve this goal? Is it better to move into video clips to achieve this goal? Etc.
If you need an insight into my portfolio, I have around 1000+ assets, with around 200 of them being vector files. But most of my assets are raw material for designers, and I have a lot of cute pets, objects, and human figures. My assets are more minimalist than realistic. At the moment I can earn $300 per year. So far this year, I could sell around 10 images per week.

The secret to success is giving customers what they want, when they want it.
That starts with a well-curated portfolio of high quality assets that appeal to a wide range of customers in various sectors. Diversity of content is key.
That and a willingness to constantly improve and try new things that nobody else has done before.
Good luck.

I suspect there are a handful of contributors who have been participating for years and who have thousands of marketable and in demand assets that might be pulling in that much a month, but the vast majority aren't coming anywhere close to that figure and consider this a side hustle to make a few extra dollars in spending money. And the competition gets tougher every day of the week, 24/7. Since the royalties for videos are higher, such contributors might be meeting such a goal or better. Compared to others with 10,000, 20,000 or even thousands more, your 1000 assets are among starts in the night. 😉

I saw YouTube content that claimed that they had earned $2000 per month only from AS. So your answer makes these kinds of videos into a joke.

Yep. And the part where he mentioned $10 in earnings from 10 AI uploads. And then surmises that if he adds 1000 more AI assets, his sales would increase by the same amount. That was a year ago, and millions upon millions of AI assets have been uploaded since then. I was making more sales per day a year and a half ago when I only had about 500 to 800 assets available compared to today with over 5600 assets.

Most people like that are full of beans.
Stock is not a gold rush. Its some extra income if you can achieve that.
But its a nice side income. Just don't expect a windfall.

I suspect they're making most of the money from the YouTube videos. 🙂

Ahh, so you've figured out that the vast majority of those YouTubers making claims of the riches to be earned in stock sales are actually hucksters. They're probably earning more from YouTube clicks than from Adobe stock. Earning a reliable, growing income from Adobe stock takes a real commitment to learning all the tools to ensure you are creating and uploading the highest quality. You must also research what buyers are looking for, avoid niches that are already saturated and add thorough and useful titles and keywords. That's all.

The most realistical answer is to be a contributor from now on, upload your quality work everyday, and get them approved. Than you will know the answer eventually.
