The whites in this one are a bit burnt out. I've adjust the exposure a bit in this example. In general, whites bleeding off the edge of the frame should be avoided when possible, or at least kept to a minimum. Failing that, make sure the exposure is correct to include some detail. And, the image is tilted. I've straightened it here.

This appears to be chromatic aberration:

Hello,
In my view, you have to reduce the highlights - get more detail in the cloth - it's there, and reduce the yellow cast a bit. The white balance is a bit off, and reduce the exposure a bit.
E.g.
Basically, it's the same with your other shot.
White balance:

Other stock agencies do not have such strict parameters.

The fingers are not sharp, they should be. In images like the first one - in my view - you would be better off with shallow depth of field so the hands are the main focus - playing the main role so to say. Something like this.

Hi @Prabhakaran_T7909 ,
Both pictures are slightly underexposed and the white balance is slightly off. If you look closely at the hands you will notice they are a little blue. If you increase the exposure and add a little warmth in post processing that should help. The second fill has another issue the hand in the forefront that is out of focus might be an issue.
In the future you either place focus on what is in the forefront with enough depth to include other elements or remove from the forefront what you do not want in focus.
Best wishes
Jacquelin
