Hello,
The white balance needs to be changed a bit in both images. The background is green, so this gives a green colour cast to the image. Try to reduce the green tone a bit by adding some magenta and increase the temperature - add some yellow.
E.g.
Try to bring out the colour of the flower a bit more.
I don't think focus is an issue.
Quality includes colour temperature -white balance.

If you check your histogram, you will see that exposure is a problem:
I am also uncertain whether the extremely narrow depth of field renders this asset functional. My third critical point is the cropping. I think that you should have included some more “white” (green?) space in all directions.
That picture is by far more pleasingly cropped. You should adapt the exposure, however.
You have the same narrow DOF, it may or may not hurt your acceptance. But this is the type of flower picture that could get accepted, but which will not generate much sales.
Indeed, I think that the extremely shallow depth of field is the issue. On,y a small portion of the flower is in focus.

I believe it's a compositional issue. There are millions of flower images on Adobe Stock and you need to provide something really unique to get flower images accepted.

You could have, indeed, more in focus. It's difficult to say with pictures that are not exactly wrong, and not exactly right.

Other stock sites may be less critical. That is a known phenomenon. Every stock site accepts or rejects according to their rules.
