Hey everyone,
I've been trying to sort out an issue and have scoured the internet and various resources, but I haven't been able to find a solid solution yet. Here's my question: I currently have 2 Adobe Stock accounts—one that I've had for a while which I use solely for AI-generated artwork, and the other one I recently created for Animation Overlay videos and Stock Videos. I'm curious, if I create a video using assets I've generated using AI (like backgrounds or objects), can I post it to my newer account, or do I need to upload it to my older account and mention that it was created using the help of AI (Generative AI ) ?
if I create a video using assets I've generated using AI (like backgrounds or objects), can I post it to my newer account, or do I need to upload it to my older account and mention that it was created using the help of AI (Generative AI ) ?By @AzlanArt

Adobe has stated that if assets are created using any Generative AI tools, they must be declared as Generative AI.

But you can't state videos and vector assets as generative art for the moment.
It's your choice, if you want to submit your assets to your generative AI account (wich would be logical) or if you do upload them to your video account (which would also be logical). I would go for the AI account. But only when Adobe opens videos for AI. You will see that, when you are able to mark them appropriatly.

I think as long as you aren't posting the same assets to two different accounts, the type of assets for each account doesn't really matter. More assets in less accounts means your sales aren't split between accounts and you may rank higher in search results.
I'm unfamiliar with video, and whether A.I. generated videos are permitted. With a quick browse through the User Guide I can't find any mention of it. I feel certain you would have to disclose if Generative A.I. was used though.

Adobe mostly doesn't monitor these community forums and I wouldn't anticipate an official reply. If you are still in doubt feel free to look over the User Guide for official guidance and submission guidelines on both video and Generative AI. Submitting AI generated content against guidelines could result in a suspended account so I would err on the side of caution here.
Cheers!

These are user-to-user communities. You're not talking with Adobe staff here.
Read the correct answer below:
"Adobe Stock does not yet allow Generative AI videos to be submitted."

Customers can make videos with images after purchase if they want to. That's their choice.

Hey Nancy, I believe you have misunderstood my question, I did not mention Generative AI videos, I meant if i generate any image background using AI and then I use the editing software Adobe Premiere / after effect to give motion to the image or If I created a plane using ai and clean the background then i use that plane png to make it animate using animating software, So if i post it to adobe how do I need to post them?

The general guideline for incorporating AI elements into Stock assets has been to label them as AI generated even if it's only a small part. I assume that would carry over to video, if video were allowed.
I would look for a box to check that's labeled "Generated with AI" on the submission page. If that checkbox isn't there, I think it's safe to assume AI generated videos or elements of videos isn't allowed.
We more commonly get this question about vectors, which is also missing that checkbox. I can definitely confirm AI generated vectors aren't allowed at this time, and I assume the same for video.
Cheers!

I don't think I have misunderstood your question. Generative AI images have limited use.
Stock doesn't accept Generative AI images submitted as:
You cannot submit them.
As I said above, "Customers can make videos with Generative AI images after purchase if they want to. That's their choice."
Feel free to ask Stock Contributor Support from your Contributor portal. You may have to wait a while for a reply. They receive a lot of inquiries.
