My account has been blocked suddenly without any warning, but I had a pending payout and I didn't receive any update on my money situation and also for my current balance, I tried to reach you but I didn't receive and updates for more than 3 weeks
Just checking: is this about a payout as an Adobe Stock Contributor? If so do NOT contact customer service, because you are a supplier, not a customer. You will have had an email from Adobe if your Stock Contributor account is blocked. Generally this is for breaking Adobe's rules, and is forever. But if you have a good explanation, send it promptly.
Violating Adobe Stock Contributor TERMS is a very serious matter.
Unless you can prove that you did not violate the TERMS, violators are banned permanently and their accounts are closed forever. No more sales. No more royalty payments. 😢
Nobody here can help you. You must deal directly with Adobe Stock. Check your email spam folder for a reply.

skip the steps below, and read @Test Screen Name's post first. only if that message does NOT apply to you (ie, you're not the person that was found using someone else's stock photos), should you continue with the below steps.
use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
p.p.s. you can also use twitter to tweet @AdobeCare
p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
