I agree with @Jill_C , we need more details about your correspondence with Adobe to give any meaningful advice.
You should know that you've reached a community forum, and the replies here are mostly forum volunteers and not employees.

What has CMass to do with this. She isn't Adobe stock. Wait and see, what Adobe decides or move on and avoid contributing to Adobe stock. That are your options.

And btw, do not spam Contributor support. I see, that you have opened at least 4 cases. I can understand that it can be frustrating, but you need to go through that, and we can't help (neither can CMas).

Adobe may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a Stock Contributor account for any of the following:
1) Suspicious sales or refund activity,
2) They received an infringement complaint or "take down" notice from a 3rd party,
3) Suspected violation of Stock Contributor User Terms.
It may take several weeks for the investigation to conclude. Be patient. Check your spam folder.
Meanwhile work on other projects. Feel free to submit work to other microstock services.
