Sincerely,

Here is the chain letter I received. Although there were only ai photos on my account. And I didn't break any rules. How can a third party complain about AI-generated content? And unfortunately, the appeal formula doesn’t even have the option to upload screenshots from the midjourney that I didn’t steal any work, but generated it myself. Plus, I like how the support cut off live communication with the authors. Just automatic unsubscribe. And in general there is no way to further find out what kind of content they blocked my account for. That is, they made it as difficult as possible to prove their innocence. Very upset

Yeah, those are the terms you agreed to when you signed up. There is nothing we can do for you.

There is a presumption of innocence. Not guilty until proven guilty. And here they don’t even give you the opportunity to find out what exactly was violated. Previously, there was at least some direct communication and additional clarification. Now any attempts to get some kind of feedback are just a standard, prepared, identical answer to any questions. It is sad. And I know I'm not the only one facing this problem.

This is Adobe's turf, not a tribunal. If you want to contest, you can do so by using the means Adobe offers to you.

You are not on trial here, but it sounds like this isn't your first suspension. Adobe doesn't appear to be very tolerant of subsequent infractions.

If your AI images are in public view, anybody can claim ownership to them and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it.
Midjourney offers users a "Stealth Mode" option with Pro-Level Membership. Stealth Mode takes your Midjourney diffusions & prompts out of public view and places them in a private area until you're ready to publish them. If you didn't take those precautions, you're stuck.

Your many colleagues may have violated the terms of the contributor agreement too.
You really should do this: For more information about why your account was suspended and appeal options, please see the Submission Guidelines.

Unfortunately no one on this forum can assist you. You need to use the contact medium Adobe provides to communicate with them. Although you cannot submit images via the dialogue form, you are able to give descriptive details and their response email will allow you to submit images if necessary.
Regards
Jacquelin
