My account is de-activated and I can't submit any requestm What to do right now!
What do you mean by "I can't submit any request"? You should be seeing a contact us link on your account page while your account is suspended. Use that to communicate with Adobe Support.
Try using another web device/browser that doesn't have script blockers or VPN enabled.
Account matters are beyond the scope of this user-to-user forum. We can't help you.
