My account unable to submit files for more than a month - Adobe Stock.

Hi all,

I have a problem. My account has been unable to submit files for more than a month.

I contacted Adobe Stock Support, but they didn't provide a satisfactory answer, and the issue remained unresolved.

I am not sure what the cause of the problem is. Has anyone here encountered the same?

Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Adobe has new submit limits that differ for each contributor. You must wait .

Not a really good answer. How long must I wait? It has been more than a month. And the obvious thing I do now is WAITING.

Answers to your submission limits are provided in your portal.

There are weekly and maximum submission limits.

How many assets are pending review?

You'll likely have to wait until they clear from your review panel.

Focus less on quantity and more quality.

Be selective about what you upload to avoid limits.

Choose 2-3 of your best quality assets to submit.

Wait for approval. Repeat.

It's different for every contributor. That's why it's a difficult question to answer. Possible factors are sales, how many assets that are waiting in review (assuming they're being reviewed in a timely manner. New contributors have a lower submission limit than those who have been contributing for a while).

I understand that if files are pending review. But in my case, no files are pending review. I deleted all pending reviews. Almost all of the deleted files were more than 3 months old since their last submission. Since no satisfying answer, I will wait. Don't bother to satisfy me. I am looking for the reason and other users who encountered the same, or even worse.

There won't be different answers than these ones here. The only ones who can look into your account are Adobe employees. You will need to wait for an answer from them.

Ya, I already know that. I am still open and waiting for any relevant answer. Maybe it happened to someone, and he knows the reason.  Not only wait for Adobe employees to SOLVE (more important than answer). I hope the problem is solved, not only answered.

Did you use an automated bulk uploader to send files to Stock?

No, I used a normal website upload. I have no problem uploading files. The problem is that the submit button is inactive (grey colour).
