The only recourse is for you to use the Contact Us link on your account page and wait for a reply from Adobe. If sales were deducted from your account, that's an indication that they have detected fraudulent sales on your account. If they determine that you were involved in those fraudulent sales, your account will be closed permanently. If you weren't involved, your account will most likely be restored, less those fraudulent sales of course.

There is a reason given. If you did not get a reason, contact Adobe Contributor support, by clicking the link on your blocking screen.

Shutterstock and Getty are different companies. That argument is like I take the highway in Germany and never got a speed ticket!

Ita not that they were removed, all page just disappeared and I got this horrific email.

I did nothing. Nothing. Ten years photographer, mother, good person, all photos are mine, no AI, nothing.

I find this so rude to deal with people, especially when its clearly their mistake.

We won't comment on:

However: if your account gets suspended, it won't be accessible from the outside, and that is normal. And yes, it may appear to be rude to suspend accounts like this, but you need to know that if there are problems with your account, Adobe needs to react.  And there is always a reason for suspending someone, so stay calm and do as you were told to do.

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

You're certainly welcome to vent, but there is nothing we as contributors ourselves can do to be of help other than doing @Jill_C recommended. Good luck.

Thank you, I know the guidelines, I read other threads, I wrote to adobe and I did nothing wrong mainly.

As I mentioned I would love to hear from other photographers who went through this.

Its shocking really.

Shutterstock and Getty are different companies. That argument is like I take the highway in Germany and never got a speed ticket! Now, in Belgium, I get plenty of them. (Germany has no general speed limit, Belgium has one at 120km/h, sometimes 100km/h)

And yeah they erased all I earned and did not claim, isn't this stealing??

By @Iva255385462ycr

No, not if the amount earned has been earned by violating the contributor terms. Check the terms, withholding payouts is part of them.

But basically, the facts are:

  1. We do not know why your account has been suspended.
  2. We have no insight into Adobe's reasoning for your account.
  3. Adobe will not discuss your case in this public forum.
