You will need to use the “contact us” link that was provided to you to contact Adobe. When you did that, you need to wait for an answer, they will answer by e-mail. So also watch your spam folder. Adobe will not publicly discuss the reason for suspending your account. Others here on the forum cannot help you, as each case may be different.
