Hi, I received an email from the Adobe team 12 days ago that my account was temporarily blocked. I did everything described in the mail to fix this problem, on the same day, I sent a response I would remove any images that violated the guidelines. However, my account is still blocked.
Does somebody know how long it will take?
How long? Days or weeks. There have been a lot of accounts being blocked and Adobe will get back to you once they have investigated whatever issue is responsible for your account being blocked. We are contributors like yourself here and we can do nothing to help expidate your situation. You did the right thing to contact them using the link provided. Now all you can do is wait.

Actually Adobe takes all blocked accounts seriously, but it takes some time to investigate the issues and report back to the Contributor. Unfortunately, they are dealing with a very large number of suspended accounts, so it's impossible to predict how long it might take. Another Contributor reported here yesterday that his account had been restored after 40 days of suspension.
This is not Adobe Contributor Support. This forum is where you can discuss with your fellow contributors. Generally, Adobe answers relatively fast to a first request with the initial cause of the suspension. Accounts get suspended for a suspected breach of the contributor terms.

If they wanted images to be removed, don't you think they would remove them?
The usual reasons an account is blocked is because of suspicious sales activity or possiple property violations.
You need to ask, if you were not told, what the reason for the suspinsion is, then you need to explain, if you can, what happened.
If you are lucky, your account will be released or only suspended for a penalty time. If you are unlucky, your account will remain closed.
The amount of time it will take and what the outcome is cannot be guessed by this forum.

Whatever it takes, it seems that contributor support is currently highly solicited, so it can take some time for them to react to your request.

I waited a month for my account to be unblocked. When my account will be unlocked? What kind of attitude is this towards contributors? This is not serious.

It was blocked for a reason. Adobe informed you to contact them and provided you with a link to do so. Afterwards Adobe will review the accusation to determine if: 1-the account remains closed, 2-the account remains closed for a certain amount of time 3- the account will be reopened. Adobe does not have to inform you about their reason or decission.
According to the terms you agreeded to, you have no say in the matter.
You must wait and hope that it is reopened soon.

Dear Adobe, my account with 25,000 assets has been temporarily blocked, it was my very hard work to make 25,000 assets (25,000 times making descriptions for assets, creating tags, and sorting images). You ignore my letters and do not answer, and if you answer, you say the same thing: my account is temporarily blocked, 75 days have passed since the date of blocking. What do I need to do in this situation?
