I noticed my contributor account has been blocked, and I’m not sure why. I always try to follow the rules and upload only my own work. If there’s been any misunderstanding, I’d be happy to provide more details or proof.

Please review my account and let me know if there’s any way to fix this. I really enjoy contributing to Adobe Stock and would like to continue.

Thank you for your time and help.

Best regards,
[khan]

Thanks Jill, this afternoon I used the contact link of "contact us" like I did some months ago (without response).

This what I wrote:

Your Query:

Account - Overig

Hello, in July this year I got banned from Adobe Stock after six years of contributing with no problems, I still don’t know why (no answer).
Last week I got this (no reply) message :

Updates voor uw Adobe Stock-portfolio
Hallo A.,
Er zijn enkele wijzigingen in uw portefeuille aangebracht na een herbeoordeling van sommige activa.
Zie hieronder voor meer informatie.

Apparently my account is still there but not active, in the Adobe Community they advised me to get in contact again with Adobe contributor support.

I really hope you can give me some more information in this case, thanks in advance.
Met vriendelijke groet

This time I got a case number again, so let's just wait what is going to happen.

Thx for your support ! Albert

If your account has been suspended, there is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Thank you very much for your reaction Abambo, unfortunately I'm probably one of the guys who has to wait for months (over 4 months by now). Yes I'm checking my spam-box frequently, good remark though!  Cheers Albert
