  • Did you upload assets that were not yours?
  • Did you initiate massive sales to boost your account?
  • Did you submit AI and did not follow the submission guidelines?

it's a misunderstanding.
I work as an illustrator artist in a company and recently I asked my students to use my adobe stock dog illustrator for an illustrator lesson... I uploaded it to my adobe stock contributor account because of its accessibility and convenience to a large number of students .)
 
But someone who works in the company I work for creating an (adobe stock terms account) and took my stock dog illustrator to the students.
So I think this is not my fault. Please understand me

You need a more clear explanation, though. I do not understand " took my stock dog illustrator to the students." and Adobe will not understand it either.
