My AI-generated image doesn't have any people, but has imaginary houses, now the question is should I check the "people and property fictional" box when submitting this image?
Yes, because your image does include fictional property. If it was just a landscape, for instance, with no people and no structures, you would not have to check the box,
You should also check the box if your image has fictional buildings or vehicles or art.
Yes, check the box if the image contains any buildings, vehicles or art.
People are people and houses are property! So you also need to check for fictional property.

Should I check the "People and Property are Fictional" box if I only have fictional people inside my AI generated image??
Or for any other property fictitious picture also needs to be checked in this box like house car industry etc.

No. You check the Created using generative AI tools box and check "No" Recognizable people or propertly? This would hold true for animals, still lifes, food, etc.

Animals, food, and still life do not need property releases.

Why are you asking multiple times the same question? Ask once, wait for an answer. Asking multiple times does not generate different answers.
