My contributor portfolio is not visible in Turkey, although it is accessible from other countries such as Canada. My portfolio link is:

I would like to understand why this is happening and if there is a way to make my portfolio publicly visible in Turkey as well.
Thank you.

There's nothing you can do to make your assets visible in Turkey. Apparently there is some additional vetting of your assets needed, but the exact process by which that happens is unknown to the Contributor community.

If it helps: it's not exactly only your portfolio, that is not or only partially visible in Turkey (or other restricted countries), but all portfolios are affected by this, mine and @Jill_C's included.

Restricted countries get shown only a subset of the whole database. That subset is based on additional vetting that needs to be done for reasons unknown to us. I can only speculate, that Adobe as a world-wide operating organisation has certain restrictions in some countries, and to make the task easier for them, they have split the regions in two. The majority of the buyers are in the non-restricted area.
This is not penalizing to any of us (except that we do not have many sales from restricted countries…), except if we produce localized content, that is only interesting to a restricted region. I can't imagine this to be the case for Turkey, as they have a gigantic diaspora around the world.
Checking your portfolio, there is probably not one picture that gets penalized by this. If you want to see what your portfolio looks like in the unrestricted world, you can use this link: https://stock.adobe.com/ca/contributor/209576017/mehmetugurozer
As a matter of a fact, it's not only Canada that shows your portfolio, but I always use Canada, as it is an unrestricted English-speaking country. When you would use the USA, the Adobe stock system would use no country code and fall back to your region, which is not what you want. You can change the CA to DE or FR if it suits you. https://stock.adobe.com/fr/contributor/209576017/mehmetugurozer

No, if your portfolio is not selling assets, it's not because you, as a contributor, are in a restricted country. I even find that your portfolio is attractive in it's mix of pictures.
